Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. After receiving your order, we immediately contact our suppliers to confirm availability and readiness for shipment.
- If the item is on backorder or unavailable: We will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email.
- If the item is in stock and ready for shipment (within 5 business days): We will process your payment and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment
Orders in stock and charged to your credit card will ship within five business days of order placement.
- Tracking Information: You will receive tracking details within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, sent to the email address provided during checkout.
- If you do not receive tracking information within six business days, contact us at support@therugreserve.com for assistance.
Shipping Restrictions
We primarily ship within the United States. Some exceptions may apply for select products available in Canada. If the website allows checkout with your shipping address, your order will be processed.
Changing Address
If you need to update your shipping address after the order has been processed or shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate the change.
- Delays: Address changes may result in delays.
- Additional Charges: Any extra fees incurred from freight companies for address changes will be the customer's responsibility. No exceptions.
Shipping Times
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. While we strive to ensure prompt shipping, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
- Order Cancellations Due to Delays: Customers who cancel an order because of delays will be responsible for all associated shipping fees, warehouse storage costs, and other charges related to the order.
- Chargebacks for Delays: Filing a chargeback for shipping delays is considered fraudulent and will result in legal action. No exceptions.
Shipping Options

Curb-Side Pickup (Free):
- Items are delivered to your doorstep within 5–15 business days after your order is placed.

Threshold Shipping:
- Items are delivered onto your porch or into a sheltered/garage area.

White Glove Delivery:
- Items are delivered to your room of choice.
- Includes minor assembly.
- Packaging and boxes are removed from your home.
